Our representatives do not use high pressure selling or offer reductions if you place the order immediately. We are a family-run business with many year’s experience in the blind and awning industry. We will come out to your home and measure the area, show you samples and then send you a quotation. We have our own factory, offices and several of our staff have worked for Radiant Blinds for over 30 years. We pride ourselves in quality products with a personal service. We answer calls directly rather than you having to press * keys etc to get through to a real person! We are not perfect and of course things do not always go according to plan but we try to resolve any problems as efficiently as we can.
