Gail’s Bakery is a chain of incredibly successful bakers serving coffee, breakfast, lunch and a whole host of delicious baked treats; my personal favourite being their second to none cinnamon buns! Gail’s are popping up all over the country which is testament to their flourishing business and we are very proud to work with them on their ventures. Their Brighton shop has just had three recovers to their existing traditional Victorian awnings and the finished product looks like new again.
