We fitted nine Somfy rechargeable battery roller blinds with remote controls and chargers to the offices and gallery of Grosvenor Fine Art in Bruton Street this week. The fabric is Quad with an open factor of 3%, letting some light and shadow in but keeping the offices and gallery cool and protected from the sunlight without complete blackout and all operated by the touch of a button. I have the mains powered version in my home and I have no idea how we lived without them in the summer months.
