Do you supply domestic or commercial blinds?

At Radiant Blinds, we supply blinds and awnings for homes and businesses including shops and restaurants.

Do you fit the awnings?

We employ a team of fitters who install the products we supply. We don’t fit blinds supplied by other companies.

Are your products ready-made?

No, all of our products are made to measure to suit your requirements.  Radiant Blinds has a factory in Surbiton where we manufacture blinds and awnings.

If I already have a blind, can it be recovered?

Yes –  providing the framework is in good condition, or we can cost effectively repair it, we can use the existing awning and recover it in your choice of fabric.

Can you signwrite on the awnings?

Yes, we have an in-house signwriter who can paint the name of your business, logo or any other writing you choose. We can also produce bespoke fabric designs.

Are you able to provide electrics for my awning?

Yes, we can provide a wide range of electric controls for blinds and awnings. There are more details at our electric awnings page and electric blinds page.

Do you charge to send a rep out?

No, our site visits and estimates are provided free of charge without obligation. Please contact us if you would like us to arrange a visit from one of our experienced representatives.

How long will it take to make my blind?

This depends on the time of year and the type of blind. We are quieter during the winter months so this is always a good time to start preparing. Once the sun comes out, we are often rushed off our feet but still try to meet your delivery requirements. It can often be a 4-5 week delivery period during the summer but check with us when you’re ready for a more accurate timescale.

Can I get a price over the phone?

If you want an approximate idea of price over the phone, we suggest you take a look at our website  Work out what sort of blind you are interested in and then give us rough dimensions. If it is an exterior blind, measure the width and projection. If an interior blind, the width x drop or for a rooflight the width x length.  Alternatively, you can email us with this information and it’s always helpful if you can attach a photo of the area or existing blind.

Do you have a showroom?

We have a small showroom but it’s by appointment only as our representatives are often out and about. Please call and arrange a visit if you want to come in.  Alternatively, one of our experienced representatives can visit you in your home or business.  He’ll bring along samples and then we’ll send you a written estimate based on your requirements. How do I pay for my blind?

We ask for 50% deposit when you place the order and the balance payable on completion. We take C.C. payments (except American Express) or you can pay by bank transfer, cheque or cash.

What other products do you supply apart from blinds?

Do you offer an after-sales service?

Yes – as we have our own factory and staff, we are able to maintain and service the products we supply.
