Radiant Blinds & Awnings installed a 6.5m wide with a 4m projection Weinor Opal 2 full cassette awning this week for a clients oak pergola. The area will be used for dining in the summer and shade will be provided under the UV protecting fabric that was chosen from the hundreds of fabrics on offer.
The Weinor Opal 2 is a full cassette awning which means the fabric is encased when closed, giving the fabric protection from the winter weather. There is a wireless remote control to operate the awning and we have installed a vibration sensor as well to automatically retract the awning should the wind get up.
The framework comes in 56 different standard colours and current lead time is around 3-4 weeks from order.
